Tozzer Memorial Library, built in 1974 and located at 21 Divinity Avenue, is the library of the Peabody Museum and the Anthropology Department. The building was designed by Johnson, Hotvedt, and Associates and named for Alfred Marston Tozzer (A.B. 1900, Ph.D. 1904), who was Hudson Professor of Archaeology from 1945 until his retirement in 1947.
